Family Access Network (FAN) is an innovative, client focused rights based organisation providing services based in Box Hill for young people between the ages of 15-25 years. We support single young people, LGBTIQ young people, pregnant/parenting young families and accompanying children who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

An exciting opportunity is available at FAN with the creation of two new diverse roles.  We are currently seeking applications for two x 4 day a week Youth Support Worker positions. The roles require the successful applicants to work within a case management framework and you will also be required to assist with planning and implementation of projects and programs bringing variety and diversity to the position. 

The positions require motivated individuals with energy, enthusiasm, vision and commitment to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.  Experience preferred but not essential, however a relevant qualification, ideally in youth or social work is required.
