Early Start Kinder for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children program
ParentZone is the Regional Parenting Resource Service for the Northern, Eastern, and Southern Metropolitan regions of Melbourne and the Gippsland region of Victoria.
The PS4 for Kids program. It is a short-term counselling service for children aged 0-12 years who are at risk of developing at mental health disorder or have a diagnosed condition. The psychologist from the program works with the child and family to provide intervention to help children with a range of mental health and behavioural concerns. It is funded by the Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network, and is aimed at low income families (although not necessarily HCC holders), so is no cost to families.

Anglicare's Peaceful Warriors program provides mentoring opportunities and support programs to ‘at risk’ boys in the Shire of Yarra Ranges and surrounding local government areas.
Jo White, of Autism Counselling, is running social skills groups for different ages. There is a cost, however FAHCSIA funding may apply and children may also be eligible for the Statewide Children's Brokerage Program funding.
