Family Access Network (FAN) is an innovative, responsive and client focused rights based organisation providing services across the Eastern Metropolitan Region for young people between the ages of 15-25 years. We support single young people, LGBTIQ young people, pregnant / parenting young families and accompanying children who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

FAN is currently seeking applications for a LGBTIQ Capacity Building Project Worker (.5EFT) for a 12 months fixed term. 

The position requires an experienced and motivated individual with energy, enthusiasm, vision and commitment to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.  You will be required to have an understanding of the LGBTIQ community and the issues associated with youth homelessness. An understanding of the Homelessness Service System especially services for young people will be an advantage. Demonstrated experience in research and project management skills is essential.

SCHADS Award 6 - Pay point will be determined according to qualifications and experience.
