Family Access Network (FAN) is an innovative, responsive and client focused rights based organisation providing services across the Eastern Metropolitan Region for young people between the ages of 15-25 years. We support single young people, same-sex attracted, transgender, intersex (SSATI) young people, pregnant / parenting young families and accompanying children who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
FAN is currently seeking applications for a three day a week (total 21 hours) Youth Support Worker. The role requires the successful applicant to work within a case management framework. Also, you will be required to assist with planning and implementation of projects and programs.
The position requires an experienced and motivated individual with energy, enthusiasm, vision and commitment to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a result only experienced and qualified applicants will be considered.
12 months contract possible extension subject to funding
SCHADS Award according to qualifications.
