Safe Futures Foundation (SFF) is a not for profit Specialist Family Violence Organisation that provides frontline services to women and children to help them escape control, abuse and violence and rebuild their lives. We have been responding to family violence and changing people’s stories for over 40 years. We employ managers, team leaders, intensive case managers and women’s and children’s advocates across 2 main sites in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs. We are funded by the Department of Health and Human Services.

Our clients may be referred to us by Safe Steps, Victoria Police, Centrelink and self referrals.
Safe Futures is seeking a qualified and experienced full time Team Leader to augment our existing refuge and emergency response service. The position is currently funded for a 12 month period and has been established in response to the recommendations of the Royal Commission into family violence
The full time Team Leader worker will be available Monday to Friday during normal business hours with the capacity to participate in the on-call recall roster and respond after hours when required.
The position would also be required to cover the after hours on-call recall roster and some public holidays.
Safe Futures Foundation offers generous salary packaging and superannuation in addition to the remuneration.
