Salary $65,326 to $70,483 pro-rata pa, plus Super plus Leave Loading plus Salary Packaging

Anchor is an independent, not-for-profit organisation with a proud history of providing support to individuals and families living in Melbourne's outer eastern region. Services include homelessness support, foster care, kinship care, community education and family reconciliation. Anchor’s programs are evidence based and are underpinned by trauma informed practice principles.

We are seeking a motivated Transitional Support Case Manager on a 0.6EFT part time basis, who is passionate about enhancing the health and wellbeing of marginalised people in the outer east region of Melbourne through the provision of targeted programs and services in collaboration with regional partners.

  • Do you have experience in providing support to families, young people and single adults who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless?
  • Are you motivated to assist families, young people and single adults to access accommodation options, which are appropriate to their needs?
  • Do you display competencies in providing support to families, young people and single adults placed in Transitional Housing?
