Transitional Support Case Manager – Housing and Support Services (0.8 -1.0EFT, permanent position) Salary $65,326 to $70,483 pro-rata pa, plus Super plus Leave Loading plus Salary Packaging Anchor is an independent, not-for-profit organisation with a proud history of providing support to individuals and families living in Melbourne's outer eastern region. Services include homelessness support, foster care, kinship care, community education and family reconciliation. Anchor’s programs are evidence based and are underpinned by trauma informed practice principles. We are seeking a motivated Transitional Support Case Manager on a 0.8EFT-1.0EFT basis, who is passionate about enhancing the health and wellbeing of marginalised people in the outer east region of Melbourne through the provision of targeted programs and services in collaboration with regional partners.
