Specialist Homelessness Services (SHS) Training via SHS Learning Hub

Specialist Homelessness Sector (SHS) Training

Council to Homeless Persons (CHP) is the new provider of the SHS Funded Training (taking over from Wodonga TAFE in 2019)

The SHS Learning Program is a central portal for training and educational resources for workers in the Victorian Specialist Homelessness Sector (SHS). The program contains a mix of live training sessions, self-directed eLearning courses and other useful resources.

All elements of the SHS Learning Program can be accessed via CHP’s newly launched online learning system, the SHS Learning Hub.

To find out what training is available, register for a live training session or commence an eLearning course please go to the SHS Learning Hub. First-time users will need to register, which is quick, simple, and only required once.

In the SHS Learning Hub, learners can find detailed information about all SHS Learning Program activities, including live training session times, costs, trainer bios, learning outcomes course requirements and prereading. Learners will have their own personalised account that includes features such as personalised dashboards, training history, certificates of completion recording and the ability to save progress in eLearning courses.
